Refund policy
You may be able to change your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed please email us at sales@luckykidsequine.com.au
To exchange an item (due to choosing the incorrect size), the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is paid by the buyer.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable.
If a product is faulty and Lucky Kids Equine does not have a suitable replacement, a refund (less any shipping fees) may be provided within 14 days of purchase.
Providing a refund is at the discretion of Lucky Kids Equine.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

In the instance of major product faults/defects you may have a choice of repair, replacement or full refund, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
